- 50 g sago
- 4 bananas
- 400 ml sweetened canned coconut milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp roasted unsalted chopped peanuts

Place sago in a bowl, cover with hot water and soak for about 10 minutes. Peel the bananas and cut them diagonally into slices about 2 cm thick. Drain the sago in a sieve and let it drip dry.

Bring coconut milk, 400 ml water, and sugar to a boil, add the banana slices, reduce heat to the lowest setting, add the sago, and simmer while stirring over low flame until the sago pearls become translucent. Taste the pudding, ladle into dessert cups, and sprinkle with peanuts before serving.
