Ingredients
- 2 sour apples
- 0.5 Pineapple
- 2 tbsp honey
- 75 ml coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 75 g cold butter
- 100 g flour
- 25 g coconut flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 75 g sugar
- butter (for the dish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Wash the apples, quarter them, remove cores or pits and slice. Cut out the pineapple core and dice the fruit. Combine apples with honey, coconut milk and lemon juice in a bowl, then transfer to a greased, ovenproof baking dish. Chop the chocolate and sprinkle over the mixture.

For the crumble, cube the butter. Add flour, coconut flakes, cinnamon and sugar, then rub with your hands until crumbly. Evenly scatter over the fruit and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
