The broccoli-potato-salmon puree from Spoonsparrow is a simple yet very popular baby food!
Ingredients
- 100 g broccoli
- 50 g potatoes
- 30 g salmon
- 1 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil

Clean and wash the broccoli thoroughly. Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into small pieces along with the broccoli. Wash the salmon, pat it dry, and cut it into small pieces.

Place the broccoli, potatoes, salmon, and a little water in a pot and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Blend the potatoes, broccoli, and salmon together with the apple juice. Stir in the rapeseed oil. If the puree is too thick, add a bit more water. Check the temperature before feeding.
