Ingredients
- 3 sour apples
- 1 small mango
- 0.5 handful mint
- 2 untreated limes
- 4 tbsp Yogurt

Wash the apples, remove cores and dice them. Peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit and dice it. Rinse the mint, shake dry, set aside four tips for garnish, pluck remaining leaves. Wash the limes hot and slice six thin wedges from each half. Squeeze juice from remaining lime halves.

Blend apples, mango, mint leaves, lime juice and yogurt in a blender until smooth. Add about 200 ml water and blend into a creamy smoothie. Skewer three lime slices with mint onto sticks. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve garnished with the skewers.
