- 3 tbsp fresh mixed herb leaves (e.g., parsley, chervil, lemon balm, tarragon, basil etc.)
- 150 g low-fat milk yogurt
- 0.125 l mineral water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- white pepper
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Whisk yogurt and mineral water vigorously with a whisk. Wash herbs, drain and chop. Stir in lemon juice and chopped herbs, season the drink with salt and pepper.
