  • 3 tbsp fresh mixed herb leaves (e.g., parsley, chervil, lemon balm, tarragon, basil etc.)
  • 150 g low-fat milk yogurt
  • 0.125 l mineral water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Whisk yogurt and mineral water vigorously with a whisk. Wash herbs, drain and chop. Stir in lemon juice and chopped herbs, season the drink with salt and pepper.
