  • 1 Mango
  • 250 ml Tonic Water
  • 3 EL lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • strawberries (for garnish)
  • Fresh lemon balm (for garnish)

Instructions

    Halve the papaya, scrape out the seeds, and cut the flesh into pieces. Cut the mango around the pit, peel it, and cut the flesh into pieces.

    Combine papaya and mango with lemon juice, tonic water, and ice in a stand mixer or blender and blend until the ice remains chunky. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with strawberries and lemon balm.
