Ingredients
- 4 ripe apples
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 250 g spelt flour Type 1050
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 500 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp whole grain sugar
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tsp Liquid Honey

Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core and cut into strips. Mix immediately with lemon juice.

In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, milk, eggs and whole grain sugar; whisk until smooth. Heat oil in a pan, pour one ladleful of batter into the pan, rotate to spread evenly. Place apple strips on top of the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5–7 minutes until golden brown. Remove, drizzle with honey and serve warm.
