Ingredients

  • 2 bags black tea
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 3 Cloves
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Pour the tea into 400 ml boiling water, let steep for 2 minutes, then strain. Peel and thinly slice the ginger. Wash the chilies, cut them lengthwise, remove seeds, and dice the flesh. Add both to a pot with the apple juice. Fill a disposable tea bag with cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon as desired and add it. Warm the punch slowly for about 10 minutes without boiling.

    Wash the apple and thinly slice it. Stir in the honey, taste, remove the spices, and serve in glasses.
