A fruity cucumber smoothie made with fresh ingredients from the fruit-vegetable category. Try this and other recipes from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 4 kiwis
  • 200 g pineapple flesh
  • 1 salad cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery (with green)
  • 2 stems dill
  • ice cubes (for serving)
  • mineral water to top up (sparkling)

Instructions

    Peel the kiwis and slice them. Dice the pineapple. Wash the cucumber and slice it. Wash, trim, and cut the celery into pieces. Roughly chop the greens and set aside for garnish if desired. Rinse the dill and shake dry.

    Add all prepared ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

    Pour the smoothie into glasses with 2-3 ice cubes each and top up with mineral water.
