Apple Crumble with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 100 g cold butter
- 175 g spelt whole‑grain flour
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 50 g Raisins
- 4 tart apples
- 2 tbsp coconut palm sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp white wine (or apple juice)
Instructions

Rinse the raisins in hot water.

Peel, quarter and core the apples. Slice thinly and mix with honey, lemon juice, white wine, half of the walnuts, cinnamon and raisins. Grease a baking dish if needed and fill with the apple mixture.

Cube the butter for the crumble topping. Add flour and coconut palm sugar, then rub together by hand to form crumbs. Spread evenly over the apples and sprinkle the remaining walnuts on top.

Bake the Apple Crumble with Walnuts in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 2–3) for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
