Ingredients

  • 6 ripe apples (e.g., Boskop)
  • 75 g yogurt butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

    Peel, core and cut apples into wedges.

  2. 2.

    Distribute apple wedges in a baking dish (16x24 cm).

  3. 3.

    Knead butter with sugar, flour and 1 tsp cinnamon to form crumbs and sprinkle over the apples. Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.

    Divide crumble onto six plates and serve each with one scoop of ice cream.
