Ingredients

  • 36 small apricots
  • 300 g goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar

Instructions

    Soak 12 wooden skewers in lukewarm water so they don’t burn on the grill later.

    Wash apricots, cut a slit on each side and remove pits. Form small balls from the goat cheese and fill the apricots with them.

  3. 3.

    Skewer three apricots onto each wooden stick and grill for about 10–12 minutes on all sides over a preheated grill. Divide among four plates and sprinkle with coconut blossom sugar.
