Grilled Strawberry Skewers

Ingredients
- 24 large ripe strawberries
- 8 sprigs rosemary
- 3 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 Organic lemon
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 100 ml whipping cream
Instructions

Clean and wash the strawberries. Wash the rosemary sprigs, shake dry, strip needles except the tips, and thread the strawberries onto the sprigs.

Wash the lemon hot and pat dry. Grate the zest finely and squeeze out the juice. Mix 2 tbsp honey with the lemon juice, brush the strawberries with this mixture, and grill them on a hot grill for about 5 minutes, brushing with honey repeatedly while turning.

Meanwhile whisk the quark with the remaining honey until creamy using a hand mixer. Whip the cream stiffly and fold it into the quark along with the lemon zest. Arrange the strawberry skewers on four plates and serve with the mousse.
