- 10 apples
- 4 cloves
- 1 l apple juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 untreated lemon
- 350 g yogurt
- 350 g kefir
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g peeled pistachios
- 100 g almond sticks
Instructions
-
1.
Peel the apples, quarter them, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
-
2.
Add cloves, cinnamon stick, lemon zest and juice to the apple juice. Bring together with the apples to a boil and simmer over low heat until the apples are just tender; remove and let cool.
-
3.
Reduce the apple juice to a syrupy consistency, then let it cool and stir in yogurt and kefir. Mix raisins, pistachios and almonds, set aside one‑third, and combine the rest with the apples before filling dessert glasses. Spread the yogurt cream over the apples and garnish with the reserved raisin‑nut mixture.
