Ingredients

  • 125 g Quinoa (multicolored)
  • 250 ml Almond drink (Almond milk)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 handful Nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)

Instructions

    Rinse the quinoa in a sieve under hot water. Then bring to a boil with almond milk and cinnamon. Simmer covered for about 15 minutes over low heat.

    Peel, wash, and chop the apple into pieces. Then lightly sauté one in a pan with 2-3 tbsp of water. Roughly chop the nuts.

    Arrange the apple cinnamon quinoa in a bowl and sprinkle with nuts.
