  • 75 g rolled oats (5 tbsp)
  • 30 g chopped almonds (2 tbsp)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 apple
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Toast the oats and almonds together with a pinch of salt in a small pan without oil over medium heat until fragrant, stirring occasionally.

    Mix the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt and spread them on 2 plates. Wash the apple, remove the core, and cut the apple into thin strips. Peel and grate the ginger.
