Apple-Cherry Cocktail: cherries and celery stalks shine with potassium. This apple-cherry cocktail gently helps the body dehydrate.

Ingredients

  • 200 g red apples (1 red apple)
  • 200 g celery stalks (2 sticks)
  • 200 g sour cherries (pitted, frozen)

Instructions

    Wash the apple, pat dry, halve and quarter it.

    Clean the celery stalks, trim if necessary, and cut into pieces.

    Rinse the celery leaves and shake off excess water.

  4. 4.

    Juice the apple and celery pieces with about two‑thirds of the celery leaves in a juicer.

  5. 5.

    Add frozen cherries to the juice and blend finely with an immersion blender. Pour into a glass and garnish with the remaining celery leaves.
