Ingredients

  • 8 leaves endive salad
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 sesame bagels
  • 8 slices Appenzeller cheese

Instructions

    Wash, rinse, and pat dry the salad leaves. Peel the kiwis and slice them thinly. Whisk together the honey and mustard, then season with salt and pepper.
