Aperino® Rosemary Lemonade from Spoonsparrow: Let the alcohol‑free aperitif let your soul sway!

Ingredients

  • 2 Organic lemons
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary
  • 100 g whole cane sugar
  • 80 ml Salus Aperino Curcuma Ginger
  • 200 ml sparkling mineral water

Instructions

    Note: From 100 g sugar, 200 ml water and rosemary a rosemary syrup is prepared that yields about 200 ml. For one serving of Aperino Rosemary Lemonade you need 15 ml rosemary syrup.

    Wash lemons and dry‑rub them. Strip zest from one lemon into strips. Halve the lemons and squeeze out the juice. Slice the remaining lemon into rounds. Wash rosemary and shake it dry. Pinch rosemary needles off one sprig.
