Ingredients

  • 100 g alphabet pasta (egg-free)
  • Salt
  • 100 g Celery Root
  • 100 g carrots
  • 1 parsley root
  • 0.5 leek stalk
  • 1 onion
  • 4 sprigs Parsley
  • 4 sprigs chervil
  • 2 sprigs dill
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water, drain and set aside. Peel and dice the celery root, parsley root, and carrots. Clean and finely chop the leek, then wash it. Peel and dice the onion. Wash the parsley.

    Bring 1 liter of water with the vegetables, onion, and parsley to a boil. Simmer for about 25 minutes. In the meantime, wash the remaining herbs and pluck the leaves from their stems. Strain the broth through a fine sieve, reheat, season with salt and pepper. Add the alphabet pasta and the herbs to the soup.
