Almond Panna Cotta by Spoonsparrow: The Italian classic comes completely gelatin-free!

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp agar-agar (for 500 ml liquid)
  • 500 ml almond drink (almond milk)
  • 30 g raw cane sugar
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 1 pear
  • 2 tbsp pistachios
  • 4 tsp lavender honey

Instructions

    Boil the agar-agar with the almond drink, sugar and split vanilla bean for about 2 minutes.

    Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Remove the vanilla bean again and pour the mixture into bowls or glasses. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.

    Before serving wash the pear, quarter it, remove the core and dice the quarters finely. Chop the pistachios.

  4. 4.

    Sprinkle the almond panna cotta with the diced pears and pistachios and drizzle with honey before serving.
