Spoonsparrow almond milk: simply made at home with only three ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 200 g almonds
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

    Place almonds in a bowl, cover with water and soak overnight.

  2. 2.

    Drain the soaking water. Pour 1 l of boiling water over the almonds. Add honey and salt to the mixture and blend very finely.

  3. 3.

    Transfer the blended mixture into a nut milk bag (or a linen cloth) and strain the liquid into a container. Squeeze the mix well so all liquid is extracted. Fill the almond milk into a bottle and keep tightly sealed in the refrigerator until use.
