Basisches Frühstück von Spoonsparrow punktet mit jeder Menge Vitalstoffen und sorgt für einen guten Start in den Tag.
Ingredients
- 2 red apples
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 tsp Honey
- 500 g soy (or almond) yogurt alternative
- 150 g earth almond flakes
- 4 tsp gold flax seeds (5 g each)
- 4 tbsp cashew nuts (15 g each)
Instructions

Peel, wash, halve, core, and chop the apples into small pieces. Add them to a pot with cinnamon and honey and sauté over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.

Mix the yogurt with 100 g earth almond flakes and 3 tsp flax seeds and divide it into 4 bowls. Arrange the apple pieces on top and sprinkle the alkaline breakfast with cashew nuts and the remaining earth almond flakes as well as flax seeds.
