Alcohol-Free Strawberry Bowle with Wild Marjoram

The alcohol-free strawberry bowle with wild marjoram is a great spring refresher.

Ingredients

  • 5 g wild marjoram (1 bundle)
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 750 ml apple juice
  • 750 ml sparkling mineral water (chilled)

Instructions

    Wash the wild marjoram, pat dry, tie into a small bouquet and hang upside down for about 1 hour to wilt.

    Meanwhile, clean, wash and chop the strawberries. Mix agave syrup, lemon juice and 500 ml apple juice.

    Hang the wild marjoram bouquet in the mixture, ensuring the stems do not protrude into the liquid. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

    Remove the wild marjoram and pour in the remaining juice and cold sparkling mineral water.
