Ingredients
- 0.5 Hokkaido pumpkin (400 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 small zucchini (200 g)
- 1 Red Onion
- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Garlic clove
- chili flakes
- 0.25 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 150 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- a handful parsley

Meanwhile, wash, dry and chop parsley for dip. Mix yogurt with remaining garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Plate pumpkin and chicken skewers from air fryer with yogurt dip.
