Zucchini Sticks

Spoonsparrow zucchini sticks are not only quick to make and super tasty, but also provide a good portion of nutrients for children.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 4 tsp olive oil (≈5 ml)
- 2 tsp Italian herbs
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (15 g)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Clean and wash the zucchini, then cut into sticks about 2.5 cm thick.

In a large bowl combine the zucchini with olive oil and spices.

Add the Parmesan and nutritional yeast, mixing well until the sticks are evenly coated.

Spread the sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they do not touch each other.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through. Finish with 1–2 minutes under the preheated grill to crisp up.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
