Ingredients
- 2 large zucchinis
- Salt
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 500 g mixed ground meat
- pepper (ground)
- cumin (ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Wash, trim, and slice the zucchini lengthwise into about 20 thin slices. Salt them and let rest for about 10 minutes, then pat dry.

Preheat oven to 180°C with fan and top heat. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Mix with the ground meat and season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Spread the mixture onto the zucchini slices, roll them up, and secure with toothpicks. Place on the tray, brush with olive oil, and season again with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
