Grilled avocado by Spoonsparrow – a fresh and healthy recipe for grill season!

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados (400 g)
  • 350 g Tuna (sushi grade)
  • 3 tbsp sweet-spicy chili sauce
  • 1 small onion (70 g)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Cut avocados in half and remove the pit. Brush both halves with lemon juice.

    For the tartare, peel, halve, and finely chop the onion. Dice the tuna into fine cubes. Add onion and chili sauce and mix. Season with salt and pepper.

    Rub avocado halves with oil and grill them skin-side down over high heat for about 4 minutes. Fill the grilled avocados with the tartare.
