Ingredients

  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 400 g zucchini
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Wash, trim, and cut the zucchini into sticks. Peel the garlic and thinly slice it.

    In a hot pan with 2 tbsp oil, sauté the vegetables with the garlic, turning occasionally for 3-4 minutes; season with salt and pepper. Rinse the thyme, shake dry, strip the leaves, and mix them with lemon juice and remaining oil. Season again with salt and pepper. Arrange the vegetables on a plate, drizzle with the vinaigrette, and serve immediately.
