Ingredients

  • 20 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp plant oil
  • 600 g mixed ground beef
  • Salt
  • pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Wash the lettuce leaves, dry and tear them. Wash the chili pepper, halve it, remove seeds and finely chop. Peel the garlic and dice finely.

    Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic with the chili for 1-2 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat and let cool slightly.

    Halve the avocados, remove pits, peel and cube the flesh. Mix the olive oil with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and fold into the avocado cubes. Combine well.

    Arrange the lettuce on plates, fill with the ground beef mixture, garnish with a few avocado cubes, and sprinkle extra pepper. Serve with the remaining avocado salad on the side.
