Ingredients
- 1.5 kg new potatoes
- 450 g tuna (natural, 3 cans)
- 3 - 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 300 g yogurt
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tbsp capers
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions

Wash, brush and boil the potatoes with skins on in a small amount of water for about 25 minutes.

Break up the drained tuna into pieces. Mix tuna with yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and capers; taste and adjust seasoning.

Heat oil and butter in a pan and briefly sauté the potatoes. Finally add lemon zest and parsley, season with salt and pepper. Serve with the tuna dip.
