Ingredients

  • 800 g yogurt
  • 2 EL honey
  • 1 EL lime juice
  • 1 handful cherries
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 passionfruit
  • 1 small Banana
  • mint
  • edible flowers

Instructions

    Whisk the yogurt with honey and lime juice. Wash and pit the cherries. Peel and roughly dice the kiwi. Wash, clean, and dice the passionfruit. Peel and slice the banana.

    Puree each fruit finely and fold into a quarter of the yogurt. Distribute in cups and garnish with mint and edible flowers before serving.
