The Yogurt Strawberry Ice Lollipop from Spoonsparrow is a fruity refreshment rich in vital nutrients and low in sugar.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 lemon
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 400 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 200 ml whipping cream

Instructions

    Squeeze half a lemon. Wash and finely puree the strawberries, then stir in 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

    Mix the yogurt with the remaining lemon juice and honey. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the yogurt mixture.

    Add the strawberry purée to the yogurt mixture and stir only briefly, not fully. Distribute the mixture into molds and freeze for about 1 hour.

    Insert sticks into the frozen lollipops and allow them to freeze completely for an additional approximately 4 hours.
