Yogurt Ice Cream with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • Chocolate Crisp crumbs (as topping)

Instructions

    Whisk the yogurt with honey and vanilla sugar. Beat the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it in. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn, or spread it in a shallow metal dish and freeze for 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

    Let it soften briefly before serving, pipe into dessert cups using a pastry bag, and sprinkle with chocolate crisp crumbs.
