Ingredients

  • 400 g fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 Vanilla pod
  • 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 100 g quark cream cheese (40% fat)

Instructions

    Wash the berries, rinse them, and pat dry. Blend with lemon juice.

    Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Mix vanilla seeds with fruit puree, yogurt, and quark. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze in the freezer for at least 4 hours, stirring vigorously every 30 minutes to prevent large ice crystals.

    Just before serving, stir again thoroughly, pour into glasses, and garnish with fresh berries if desired.
