Ingredients

  • 300 g fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 150 ml whipping cream

Instructions

    Rinse and clean the berries as needed, strain them, and finely puree with the lemon juice. Strain the fruit purée through a fine sieve.

    Whisk the yogurt with the powdered sugar and the fruit purée. Beat the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it in. Pour the ice cream mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 3 hours, stirring vigorously every 20 minutes to prevent large ice crystals from forming.

    Just before serving stir again thoroughly and garnish with fresh berries if desired. Optionally pipe into bowls with a pastry bag and zigzag nozzle.
