Ingredients

  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 20 ml raspberry liqueur
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 250 ml Whipping Cream
  • 100 g quark
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

    Rinse the raspberries and mix with raspberry liqueur and lemon juice.

    Whisk quark with yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and gently fold in the raspberries. Fill glasses and serve dusted with cocoa.
