Yogurt Chicken

- 400 g chicken parts
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 piment seeds
- 1 onion
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 10 g Garam Masala
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g yogurt
- 30 g Butter
- 4 tbsp oil

Wash and pat dry the chicken. Mix chicken pieces with 200 g yogurt and marinate for 2 hours. Drain. Heat oil in a pan and quickly sear the chicken pieces all over. Remove chicken from oil and set aside. Peel and finely chop garlic cloves. Finely chop piment seeds. Peel and finely chop onion. Wash bell pepper, halve, deseed, and cut into pieces. Wash tomatoes, blanch with boiling water, peel, and dice. Heat butter in a pan. At low heat sauté garlic, piment, onion, pepper, and tomatoes. Season with turmeric, Garam Masala, ginger, salt, and coriander. Add chicken pieces and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sauce is fully reduced. The chicken should be relatively dry. Drizzle yogurt over the chicken and serve hot.
