Ingredients

  • 6 tortilla flatbreads (ready‑made)
  • 200 g fried turkey breast fillet
  • 6 leaves young endive salad (or lettuce)
  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • 12 slices breakfast bacon
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

    Warm the tortilla flatbreads briefly according to package instructions.

    Slice the turkey breast into thin strips and distribute over the tortillas. Add the salad leaves and drizzle with mayonnaise.

    Wash the tomatoes, slice them, and place on top of the salad.

    Fry the bacon slices in a pan without added fat until crispy; lay them over the tomato slices.

    Roll up the flatbreads tightly, cut each wrap diagonally once, and serve immediately.
