Wok Stir-Fry Tofu and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 small Broccoli
- 0.5 yellow bell pepper
- 0.5 orange bell pepper
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 150 g Chinese cabbage
- 1 blue onion
- 500 g Tofu
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp butter

Wash, trim and cut the broccoli into florets. Wash, trim, core the bell peppers, remove the white membrane and slice into strips. Peel, halve and dice the onion. Wash the Chinese cabbage, shake dry and slice thinly. Drain the tofu and cut into about 1.5 cm cubes.

Heat oil in a pan or wok and stir-fry the vegetables, adding ginger and vegetable broth; sauté for 2 minutes. Season with soy and hoisin sauces, fold in the tofu, heat through and serve hot on bowls.
