  • 2 EL coffee
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 EL lemon juice
  • 1 EL sugar
  • 350 ml milk

Instructions

    Dissolve the coffee powder in a cup with a little hot water. Peel the banana, roughly chop the flesh and blend it smoothly with lemon juice, sugar, and coffee.

    Gradually add the milk while stirring. Pour the shake into glasses and serve immediately.
