Ingredients

  • 125 ml heavy cream
  • 1 bundle wild garlic
  • 500 g quark (20% fat)
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped Italian herbs (frozen)
  • 2 tsp grated lemon zest

Instructions

    Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Wash the wild garlic, shake dry, remove tough stems, set aside a few leaves for garnish and finely chop the rest.

    Combine quark, cream, wild garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon zest; stir well and refrigerate. Let it chill for about 30 minutes, then serve in small bowls garnished with wild garlic.
