Ingredients
- 2 sour apples
- Lemon juice
- 150 g smoked salmon (sliced)
- white pepper (ground)
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- dill sprigs (for garnish)

Wash, peel, halve the apples, remove cores and finely dice the flesh. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Finely chop the salmon, mix with apple cubes, season with a pinch of pepper. Whisk cream cheese and yogurt until smooth, spread on bread slices, top with salmon-apple tartare, garnish with dill sprigs and serve.
