Ingredients

  • 50 g sugar
  • 20 whole hazelnuts (unpeeled)
  • 80 g candied orange
  • 250 g white chocolate
  • 50 g chopped pistachios

Instructions

    Bring the sugar in a pot together with 1-2 tbsp water to boil and reduce into a golden yellow caramel. Spread the hazelnuts on a sheet of parchment paper, drizzle with the caramel and let cool. Roughly chop or finely dice the candied orange.

    Chop the white chocolate and melt it over a double boiler. Spoon onto a sheet of parchment paper and decorate with the hazelnuts, candied oranges and pistachios. Lift from the parchment once the chocolate has fully cooled.
