Ingredients

  • 2 slices candied orange peel
  • 250 g white chocolate
  • 10 walnut halves
  • 10 cashew kernels
  • 10 hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries

Instructions

    Slice the oranges into strips.

    Melt the chocolate over a double boiler.

    Pour into round molds (about 6 cm) and, while still liquid, top with nuts, seeds, and fruits. Let set until firm, then carefully remove from molds.
