Ingredients
- 2 sheets gelatin
- 150 ml milk
- 40 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g white chocolate
- 150 g mascarpone
- 150 ml whipping cream
- grated dark chocolate
Instructions

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Bring the milk with the sugar and vanilla sugar to a boil. Chop the chocolate and stir it into the hot milk. Dissolve the squeezed gelatin in it. Stir in the mascarpone and finally fold in the stiffly whipped cream. Distribute the cream into glasses (best with a piping bag) and chill for at least 3 hours.
