Ingredients
- 0.5 watermelon
- 0.5 cantaloupe
- 0.5 honeydew melon
- 1 apple
- 1 small lemon (juice)
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions

Use a Parisienne cookie cutter to cut small balls from the halves of the melons.

Whisk lemon juice with honey and pour over the melon balls, cover and let sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and slice into thin strips.

Arrange the melon balls on four glasses and garnish with the apple slices before serving.
