Melon Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 watermelon
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 2 Apples
  • 200 g grapes (green and blue)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Cut about a third of the melon into wedges. Use the top elsewhere, hollow out the rest of the melon and dice the flesh.

    Squeeze half a lemon. Wash and shake dry the mint leaves.

  3. 3.

    Wash the apples, quarter them and remove the cores. Dice the apple quarters small and drizzle with a little lemon juice.

  4. 4.

    Wash the grapes and let them drain. Peel and segment the orange, catching the juice and squeezing out the remaining flesh. Mix the juice with honey, combine with the prepared fruit and fill the hollowed melon. Garnish with mint leaves.
