Ingredients
- 1 ripe, chilled mango
- 600 ml ice‑cold milk
- 200 ml ice‑cold canned coconut milk
- sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, and dice. Blend the mango cubes with half of the milk.

Add the remaining milk and coconut milk, whisk briefly again, and season with sugar and lemon juice to taste.
