Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 60 g walnut kernels
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 g plain cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- lemon juice to taste

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and place skin side up in a preheated oven at 250°C. Roast until the skins blister and blacken. Remove from oven, peel off skins and roughly chop.

Peel the garlic cloves and coarsely chop them. In a dry pot, lightly toast the walnuts with the garlic, add the pepper pieces, sauté briefly, then pour in the broth.

Simmer everything covered over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. Then blend finely, stir in the cream cheese, season to taste, and serve hot in bowls.
